This painting reflects the Tjitji Tjukurpa (Kids Creation Story). This is Rita's great great grandfather's country. Rita's grandmother passed the story to her. During creation times, kids were travelling from down south. Some kids got homesick and tried to go back, but group wanted to stay together. Eventually, the boys turned into the trees and rocks and the girls turned into the river. To this day, at night you hear them whistling and your things go missing. The cheeky kids take your stuff and play tricks on you.
